This challenge was the drawing challenge. We had to make a 2D drawing of something that inspired us in some way! This project was worth 10,000 points, so now, I have my grand total of 50,000 points (previous blog post). For this project, I researched on Pinterest to find an anchor that was colorful and catchy. Then, I drew something similar to what I had found when researching, but I still provided my own style. After drawing it, I outlined everything in a black Sharpie to make it pop. From this art project, I have improved my drawing skills tremendously, but I have learned that it is okay if something isn't perfect. If it isn't perfect, it provides an abstract sense to to the project saying that it is yours only. Reflecting on this project, it has inspired me to anchor my faith so that I am secure with Christ. The message of this artwork proves to be a purpose that God is hope for the soul! It reminds everybody to have hope as an anchor with God!

My favorite part of the picture is the anchor, and the detail inside the anchor. It really makes it look better even though it's only in black and white.

Emma, I just stared at your drawing for 2 minuets. Every single detail is flawless and you have your own twist on your art projects that are really good.
